what I am loving...

I am loving...

that technology allowed me to spend over an hour with my two best friends tonight!

Lanie, thank you so much for letting me invade your night time "routine"... even though we are miles and miles and..ugh..miles away, it felt like I was just laying around with you both. I loved it. Makes me SOOOO excited about our labor day weekend plans!

Sadie-bug, I love talking to you on Skype. It makes my heart so full... feels like Im going to explode. You are such a beautiful gift. Im so blessed to be your Aunt!

Welcome to a place that is dear to my heart, my blog. FYI this blog dating back to my college days at Lipscomb University is full of memories, some sweet and some not so much. OH hey... and if the stars align just right, you might get some recent updates... but don't bet on it. Instagram seems to replace this blog... I am wanting to change that.

... Back where I come from? I grew up in a small town in Tennessee with a family of faithfulness and fun like you have never seen. Oh, I love everything about my story... Yes, it is full of extreme joys and bittersweet pains but you know the best part? God's love never failed! Not once. God continues to refine me more and more into the beautiful image of His Son and I am blessed that faithfulness runs in my family. I pray that everyday I live to seek first The Kingdom.

... What am I doing now? I am a Technology Integration Specialist at Lipscomb Academy and also own a Wedding & Portrait Photography Business (Libby Barker Photography) and juggling the in's and out's of life with tons of enthusiasm! ...too much sometimes.
